Sri Uma Maheshwara Devalaya Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following policy governs cancellations and refunds pertaining to Sevas and donations at Sri Uma Maheshwara Devalaya.

Refund and Returns:

When you buy any product which is the temple's merchandise and if there is any manufacturing defect the product can be replaced with a new one within 7 days of your purchase. There will not be any refund in this case
Seva Cancellations: - Please note that due to the nature of Sevas and their associated preparations, we do not offer cancellations for Sevas. We encourage devotees to carefully consider their bookings before confirming them. Some Sevas may have specific policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking. If sevas are cancelled from the temple’s side due to unforeseen circumstances, the refund will be initiated from the temple and will be refunded in 7 working days from the initiation date
Donation Refunds: Donations made to Sri Uma Maheshwara Devalaya are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the temple management. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with a valid reason. Once it is approved, refund will be made in 7 working days
